Green Hydrogen Innovation Centre · Data Tools
Rates the risk of a green hydrogen project at each phase - pre-construction, construction and operation - from the answers to 47 questions.
About the tool
The tool identifies risk at each phase of a green hydrogen project. Users answer the defined parameters of each risk category, and the tool weighs them into the risk of each category and of the project overall.
It is the first tool of its kind in the public domain built specifically for green hydrogen projects, free to use and flexible across countries. The output gives overall and sector-wise risk guidance - for example, whether land access or grid power is a challenge, or whether the electrolyser technology is proven.
