Overview

A structured approach to country-led solar transformation

The Country Partnership Framework (CPF) is the strategic instrument that defines the long-term partnership between ISA and its Member Countries. It aligns ISA’s global solar agenda with national development priorities, energy policies, and Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

Approved by the ISA Assembly, the CPF establishes a multi-year framework for cooperation and serves as the foundation for country-level engagement.

How CPF Works

A three-stage pathway from
strategy to impact

A structured approach that translates national priorities into actionable solar initiatives, ensuring coordinated implementation and measurable impact at the country level.
